**Reservation**

1. Upon receiving your inquiry, one of our tour agents at Ceylon Escape Tours (Pvt) Ltd will contact you within 24 hours to begin planning a tour tailored to your needs.

2. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive the advance payment, according to the latest itinerary we provide.

3. Customers are required to make an advance payment of 20%—50% for all bookings, which may vary depending on your arrival details.

4. Once the amount is credited to our company’s account, you will receive the relevant confirmation letter and payment receipt within 3 working days.

5. Our company will arrange all arrangements, including hotel accommodations, transportation, and other services, after receiving the payment.

6. The remaining balance of the tour package must be settled 15 days before the departure date.

**Payment**

1. All prices quoted are in US dollars.

2. Your travel advisor will email detailed payment instructions. Full payment must be cleared by the bank before your departure date to avoid automatic reservation cancellation.

3. You are responsible for any bank charges incurred during payment.

4. Payment methods include credit card (online or offline), PayPal, and wire transfer (bank transfer). Your personal tour agent will email you further details before payment.

**Cancellation and Refund**

1. In the event of tour cancellation, a written cancellation request must be submitted to your tour agent.

2. Cancellation fees per person will be imposed as follows from the total payment:

   – More than 45 days before departure: 10%

   – Between 15 and 45 days before departure: 20%

   – Between 7 and 14 days before departure: 50%

   – Between 0 and 6 days before departure: 100%

   – Additional cancellation fees imposed by service providers other than Ceylon Escape Tours (Pvt) Ltd will be deducted from the refund.

3. We encourage postponing the tour whenever possible. The advance amount can be applied to the rescheduled tour date, and the total cost can be adjusted accordingly.

4. Early checkouts during the tour are not eligible for refunds.

5. No refund will be issued for unused services.

6. Ceylon Escape Tours (Pvt) Ltd will refund 100% of the amount if the tour is canceled 21 days before Sri Lanka arrives due to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic.

**Changes in Tour Itinerary**

1. Tour package prices are contingent upon the itinerary. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in a variation of the total amount.

2. We guarantee the agreed-upon accommodation but do not accommodate changes once the booking is confirmed.

3. Requests to change hotel bookings will incur additional expenses the guests bear.

4. Customers are advised to review the selected hotel carefully before confirmation, as changes post-booking are prohibited.

**Essentials Checklist**

Ensure your travel documents, passport, visa, driver’s license, insurance information, and currency are in order. Verify your flight times with your ticket, as airlines may adjust after our tour confirmation.

**Passport & Visa**

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports and necessary visas. The accuracy and validity of these documents are the traveler’s responsibility.

**Travel Insurance**

We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected losses or damages.

**Limitation of Liability**

1. Ceylon Escape Tours (Pvt) Ltd disclaims liability for accidents, injuries, property damage, or personal loss arising from third-party services.

2. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, or criminal activities.

3. The company reserves the right to amend itineraries, substitute accommodations, or cancel vacations before departure.

4. Program prices may be adjusted due to changes in flight, currency, or other factors. Unused or unavailable excursion fees will not be refunded.

**Force Majeure**

The company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by acts of God, war, or warlike situations.

**Partial Bookings**

Ceylon Escape Tours (Pvt) Ltd cannot be held liable for holiday components we do not directly control.

**Shopping**

We do not guarantee the value or quality of products purchased during the tour.
